About The Position

We are seeking a creative self-starter to support our brand through planning, execution, and management of integrated marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and membership growth. In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing marketing projects from concept through completion. This will involve collaborating with business units, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective, compliant, and on-brand marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital communications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortability in participating in photography and video content creation, including occasional on-camera appearances preferred.
  • Financial product and service knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

  • Create various forms of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels – this includes email, website, advertising, social media, events, promotional materials, etc.
  • Take lead on project management for assigned marketing initiatives and coordinate timelines, creative development, production, implementation, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Develop internal marketing communications, summaries, and resources to support organization-wide awareness of marketing initiatives.
  • Work together with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate marketing projects, product launches, promotional campaigns, photography, videography, and others.
  • Develop and proof creative content for digital and traditional marketing channels while maintaining brand voice, messaging consistency, and visual standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends, digital platforms, and best practices to recommend innovative opportunities for member engagement.
  • Apply knowledge of state and federal regulations to marketing materials, incorporate regulatory disclosures, and ensure marketing materials meet regulatory and ADA requirements.
  • Monitor campaign execution across digital and traditional marketing channels, analyze results, and recommend opportunities of improvement.
