What you get to do: The Marketing Specialist, Partnerships & Promotions will support the execution and management of community partnerships, corporate activations, and promotional initiatives for Busch Gardens Tampa and Adventure Island. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing, partnerships, or promotions. The Marketing Specialist, Partnerships & Promotions will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of partnership obligations, supporting promotional campaigns, and enhancing the guest experience through creative and strategic collaborations. This position will report to the Manager, Partnerships & Promotions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field highly preferred
0-2 Years of relevant experience - internships or campus involvement qualify
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building and collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, and events (approximately 20-25 times per year)
Must be able to lift 20 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Supporting the execution and day-to-day management of community and local partnerships across a variety of sectors (events, sports teams, universities, etc.)
Assisting with radio promotions, including contract coordination, ticket fulfillment, and promotional scheduling
Coordinating and fulfilling partnership deliverables, ensuring all contractual obligations are executed accurately and on time
Identifying and executing community outreach initiatives to expand our presence in the Tampa Bay market
Facilitating internal communications across departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of current initiatives and promotions
Contributing to the planning and execution of guest-facing events, seasonal activations, and promotional experiences
Provide operational support, including but not limited to; promotional ordering, vendor coordination, payment requests, and more
Other duties as assigned
