About The Position

This is a relationship-driven marketing role with real ownership. You'll work with industry associations, rankings entrants, and internal teams to drive magazine subscriptions, expand Lender Search engagement, and support rankings growth. We're looking for someone who understands the real estate finance space and knows how to turn partnerships into results.

Requirements

  • Hands-on proficiency across the modern marketing stack - SEO tools, CRM, website analytics, email marketing platforms, and creative software
  • A revenue-focused mindset
  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing quality or momentum
  • The confidence to make decisions independently, prioritize without constant direction, and own your work
  • Strong relationship-building instincts - you work well with partners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Working proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent) and GA 4
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills across InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • A background in B2B marketing - experience in mortgage or RE investment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and onboard new partners that align with our audiences.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with mortgage industry associations to drive paid subscriptions, sponsorships, rankings participation, and Lender Search engagement.
  • Support the rankings team with participant outreach, submission coordination, and list creation
  • Track and evaluate partnership performance and campaign metrics, optimizing to improve results.
  • Plan and execute co-branded marketing initiatives-sponsored content, email campaigns, webinars, exclusive promotions, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team members to carry out key initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Support programs such as Lender Search promotion, rankings coordination, and subscriber growth.
