About The Position

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our Vice President of Marketing and help drive the growth of our brands. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or an early-career marketing professional (0-2 years of experience) who wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of modern marketing, including content creation, social media, branding, email marketing, CRM systems, digital campaigns, recruiting marketing, analytics, and corporate communications. You’ll work directly with executive leadership and gain exposure to both B2B and transportation marketing while helping support multiple brands in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of marketing, communications, social media, or creative experience.
  • Internship experience is highly valued.
  • Experience managing personal, school, freelance, or professional social media accounts is a plus.
  • A portfolio of creative work, class projects, internships, or content examples is encouraged.
  • Experience with some of the following is preferred: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, HubSpot or other CRM platforms, WordPress or website content management systems, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Basic photography and video editing, Marketing analytics and reporting tools, AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Assist with photography, videography, and editing of marketing content.
  • Design graphics, flyers, presentations, recruiting materials, advertisements, and promotional assets.
  • Support website content updates and optimization initiatives.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Write and edit marketing content including social posts, blog articles, emails, newsletters and website copy.
  • Schedule and manage social media posts across multiple company brand and social platforms
  • Monitor engagement and assist with community engagement
  • Support digital advertising initiatives including paid social and search campaigns
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Research industry trends and recommend new marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows
  • Utilize AI tools to support content creation, research and workflow efficiency
  • Support marketing efforts within HubSpot and other marketing technology platforms.
  • Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Create reports and dashboards that help track marketing effectiveness.
  • Help manage marketing assets, workflows, and project documentation.
  • Support recruiting marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
  • Assist with internal communications, employee engagement campaigns, and company announcements.
  • Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for trade shows, recruiting events, customer meetings, and company-sponsored events.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to develop materials that support business growth.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate vendors, printers, promotional product suppliers, and creative partners.
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries and brand resources.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the VP of Marketing.
