We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to serve as the creative and operational backbone of our office. This is a role that requires a blend of digital design, written communication, and hands-on event management. The ideal candidate will have experience using AI in a marketing capacity and is excited to grow their AI skill level in this role. The ideal candidate is also a proactive "brand guardian" who can switch effortlessly from designing a high-stakes board presentation to ensuring our physical office space reflects our professional standards for an incoming client.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or office coordination.
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing both digital design and written content.
  • Design Savvy: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or advanced Canva skills.
  • Tech-Enabled: Experience managing website backends (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or Webflow).
  • AI: Experience using AI in a marketing capacity and knowledgeable about how AI can accelerate marketing operations.
  • PowerPoint/Keynote Master: Ability to turn raw data and bullet points into sleek, professional slide decks.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication: Superior writing and editing skills with a keen eye for tone and detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot from digital design to physical event setup in the same afternoon.
  • Aesthetic Eye: An understanding that every invitation and social post reflects our company brand and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Materials: Designing brochures, pitch decks, and one-pagers that empower the sales team.
  • Event Collateral: Creating all visual touchpoints for events, including digital invitations, physical posters, signage, and branded swag.
  • Web Management: Maintaining and updating the company website (CMS) to ensure content is current, functional, and visually aligned with the brand.
  • Presentations: Developing high-impact client and Board of Directors presentations based on defined criteria and data.
  • Office Readiness: Taking ownership of the physical environment; ensuring meeting rooms are staged, tech is tested, and the office is "client-ready" for presentations and high-level visits.
  • Managing social media channels by creating engaging posts and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
  • Utilizing excellent written skills to draft captions, newsletters, and internal announcements.
  • Ensuring all outgoing content is polished, professional, and error-free.
  • End-to-end planning and execution of company events, webinars, and client workshops.
  • Managing logistics, vendor relationships, and onsite coordination to ensure seamless delivery.
