From luxury beauty activations to exclusive brand launches and culturally relevant campaigns, you will help shape memorable moments that resonate with millions of international travellers.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in retail, experiential, luxury, or travel retail marketing
  • Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns and large-scale experiential activations
  • Experience collaborating with brands, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
  • Creative, commercially minded thinker with a passion for customer experience and brand storytelling
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Flexible schedule required; evenings, weekends, and holidays are mandatory
  • Professional appearance and presentation at all times
  • Team-oriented mind-set with a collaborative approach
  • Participation in semi-annual inventory required
  • Must successfully pass airport security background check
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift

  • Managed full-lifecycle Online-to-Offline (O2O) campaigns utilizing localized social media targeting to boost in-store product velocity.
  • Synchronized digital media buy schedules with physical retail launch calendars for seamless campaign presence.
  • Monitored digital attribution metrics, geofencing data, and promo code usage to quantify offline retail ROI.
  • Develop and execute a dynamic annual marketing calendar aligned with key retail, seasonal, cultural, and travel moments
  • Lead bespoke marketing initiatives for New York Duty Free at JFK Terminal 4
  • Adapt and localize global campaigns to ensure strong regional relevance and customer connection
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, paid media, POS, visual merchandising, and experiential channels
  • Curate premium in-terminal experiences including beauty consultations, liquor tastings, gifting activations, and promotional events
  • Collaborate with global brands, suppliers, airlines, and airport stakeholders to execute high-profile activations and exclusive launches
  • Support pre-travel marketing strategies that drive awareness, anticipation, and purchase intent before passengers arrive at the airport
  • Drive category growth across beauty, liquor, confectionery, and gifting through compelling storytelling and promotional strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and commercial KPIs to continuously optimize results
  • Partner with content and social teams to create highly shareable, social-first moments that amplify visibility and engagement
