About your Role: As a contract-based Marketing Specialist, you will support a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team within a dynamic, end-to-end corporate marketing department. Reporting to the Manager of School Marketing, you will help execute omni-channel campaigns that drive new student enrollment and increase engagement across Stride’s portfolio of online schools. In this role, you will support our schools by collaborating with cross-functional teams—including creative, demand generation, web, analytics, email, product, organic social, enrollment, and external agencies—to deliver marketing programs with accuracy and consistency. This position provides exposure to a wide range of marketing channels and offers an opportunity to build foundational marketing skills while supporting Stride’s mission and enrollment goals. SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist (Contract) supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns in support of Stride’s core business—our management of 70+ online schools. This role is execution-focused and designed to build core marketing capabilities through hands-on project support, coordination, and campaign execution. In this position, you will assist with campaign execution, coordinate assets and deliverables, and support performance tracking and documentation. As Stride’s K–12 schools represent a strategic business priority, this role offers an early-career opportunity to gain experience in a collaborative, mission-driven marketing organization.
