Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
Responsible for promotional and directional sign placement to ensure promotions and special events are well advertised
Knowledgeable and supportive of all marketing and property initiatives
Responsible for set up and tear down of all promotion and special event props, décor etc.
Organizes and executes the regularly scheduled entertainment acts for all performances on property
Assists in the planning and execution of promotions and special events
Monitor calendar for promotions at the property following the strategy of the promotions department.
Manages oversight of all media used to communicate current and upcoming promotional efforts for the guest, team members and regulatory agencies.
Coordinate and track, as needed, groups responding to special events and promotions
Engage and greet guests on the casino floor using superior guest service
Utilize player tracking systems to evaluate guests’ play and make comping decisions in accordance with reinvestment guidelines provided by management. Comps will include but not be limited to food, free play etc.
Tele-market to Hollywood Gaming guests to incent visitation to the property
Communicate regularly with Casino Host team to better service high value guests.
Dress in appropriate uniform/attire based upon event/venue, occasionally a costume may be used.
Assists all marketing departments as needed, including acting as an ambassador to the property and servicing high value guests.
