About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Marketing Specialist for their Business Insurance team. This role is crucial for supporting marketing operations to ensure client retention and acquisition. The specialist will assist producers with technical placement, analytics, and account retention. Additionally, they will handle the day-to-day marketing of existing and new clients and serve as an internal resource for coverage and market-related issues. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of property experience including a strong knowledge of individual property, casualty coverage, and risk management issues in multiple industry sectors
  • Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good interpersonal skills, sales-related skills, and high sense of urgency
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain a positive working relationship with management, peers, and colleagues in all roles and departments
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Property & Casualty License or ability to attain required

Nice To Haves

  • CIC, CPCU, ARM or equivalent
  • In depth knowledge of the property insurance market within the Midwest and Nationally

Responsibilities
