About The Position

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with and under the direction of the Inteplast Engineered Films (IEF) Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and execute key marketing initiatives supporting divisional and commercial objectives. This role will lead and support projects across multiple marketing disciplines, including market research, product launch support, trade shows and event marketing, customer surveying, digital and content marketing, and social media marketing.

Requirements

• Experience with B2B Marketing (manufacturing or packaging experience a plus).
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead marketing initiatives aligned with divisional goals, including market research, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including SWOT analyses, market segmentation, trend identification, and customer insights.
• Support digital and content marketing initiatives, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
