About The Position

Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a creative, collaborative, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to help elevate its brand, strengthen community engagement, and share the powerful stories that showcase its impact. The role involves supporting individuals, families, children, refugees, and older adults through compassionate, mission-driven services across New England.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
2+ years of marketing, communications, digital media, or content creation experience.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Passion for nonprofit work and making a positive impact in the community.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
Assist with the planning and execution of community events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
Develop compelling stories, interviews, and success highlights that bring the mission to life.
Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion while managing multiple priorities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across programs and departments to promote services and initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
