Position Overview: We are searching for a motivated and customer-oriented Client Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team. This role focuses on supporting clients, addressing service needs, and maintaining positive relationships through consistent and professional communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous marketing, administrative, or project support experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects
• Support client accounts by ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, timelines, and materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to supervisors and team members
