A well-established residential services company in New Jersey is seeking a Marketing Specialist. This role is hybrid and candidates must live within a commutable distance from our Somerset, NJ location. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for strengthening the brand through comprehensive marketing efforts, which provides five-star customer experience. This will include coordinating activities related to conceptualizing and implementing marketing and communications strategies. Key responsibilities include assisting with business and market development; cultivating and marketing outside referral programs; digital asset development, market research, competitive analysis and planning; strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination and execution of projects in coordination with business development activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Accountabilities: Serves as a contact for company marketing efforts, and partners with leadership, sales, and operations to promote marketing priorities. Strategizes and strengthens brand image and awareness programs that are distinctive and highlight value proposition from the competition utilizing effective marketing tools. Develops compelling communication, customer awareness and education programs, which support and sell the organizations capabilities and services. Assists with the Customer Satisfaction program. Creates and/or uses marketing reports that track, measure and analyze performance that includes external customer satisfaction via effective customer surveys and analysis of internal customer relationship management data and tools. Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and prioritize an effective expenditure of resources. Maximize the identification of new marketing prospects and sales opportunities, and help manage the social experience, making sure content is relevant and generating excitement. Promote the integrity of corporate brand standards in all materials produced. Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines. Partner with external vendors as appropriate. Demonstrates positively the mission, vision, value statements, reputation, code of ethics, standards, policies, and procedures internally and throughout the marketplace.
