About The Position

Apex Service Partners is a national network of premier HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service companies committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. As part of our Midwest Marketing team, this role will be dedicated to supporting and growing our St. Louis market. The Marketing Specialist will support the Market Area Marketing Manager in executing localized marketing strategies focused on the St. Louis market while contributing to broader Midwest regional initiatives. This role will play a hands-on part in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, campaign execution, and brand awareness efforts. Working closely with local leadership and the Midwest marketing team, you'll help elevate the visibility and growth of trusted local brands across the region. It's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing, recession-resistant industry while shaping marketing programs that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Approximately 3 years of professional marketing experience
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation
  • Experience with digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, paid media, email marketing, and related channels)
  • Experience with Canva and other content creation tools
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign execution
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute local marketing initiatives across traditional and digital channels to support growth in the St. Louis market
  • Partner with the MAMM to develop and implement localized marketing campaigns
  • Support customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness efforts
  • Ensure marketing activities align with broader business objectives and regional marketing strategies
  • Manage social media planning, content creation, publishing, and engagement for STL-area brands
  • Create compelling, on-brand content using Canva and other marketing tools
  • Maintain content calendars and optimize posting schedules using platforms such as Sprout Social
  • Leverage digital channels to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Create content aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Support website updates and digital presence management
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business priorities and marketing initiatives
  • Support local promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, and brand-building initiatives
  • Coordinate marketing assets and materials to support campaigns and market needs
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement throughout the St. Louis market
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts and customer touchpoints
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, and lead-generation metrics
