About The Position

Nofence is seeking a U.S. Marketing Specialist to join their innovative team. This role serves as the operational backbone for the U.S. marketing function, translating strategic and creative direction into structured execution. The Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating with partners, managing deliverables, publishing content, handling event logistics, tracking media metrics, and managing budgets. This is a hands-on execution role with a focus on the livestock industry, requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, industry insight, and comfort with data in a fast-paced scale-up environment. The position reports to the U.S. Marketing Manager and collaborates with global teams, the U.S. team, vendors, agency partners, content creators, and ambassadors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong project management skills; organized by nature, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders independently.
  • Hands-on social media experience, including creation, scheduling, and community building.
  • Experience gathering media partner metrics and delivering results into reporting/tracking platforms.
  • Experience working with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams in a structured, accountable way.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A service mindset toward internal and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to events and field activities.

Responsibilities

  • Book and manage endemic media placements.
  • Coordinate collateral orders, promotional materials, and shipping with suppliers.
  • Brief vendors and external partners.
  • Track deliverables, chase outstanding items, and keep production schedules on time.
  • Manage insertion orders, invoicing, and supplier requests.
  • Traffic finished assets, copy, and links for campaigns.
  • Track the status of incoming deliverables and flag bottlenecks.
  • Maintain campaign calendar, asset versions, and in-market timelines.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on campaign status.
  • Coordinate and brief the global team on production needs.
  • Track asset delivery against agreed timelines and flag delays.
  • Maintain a shared view of in-progress requests, owners, and due dates.
  • Coordinate approvals and deliver final assets.
  • Coordinate with the global team to consolidate performance data across various channels.
  • Pull qualitative inputs from sales and field activity into a summary.
  • Identify anomalies or flags in performance data.
  • Translate the content calendar and direction into concrete posts across U.S. social channels.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor content.
  • Run day-to-day community building and management: engagement, comments, and responding to direct messages.
  • Address noteworthy interactions, sentiment shifts, or sensitive issues.
  • Capture and organize user-generated content.
  • Help onboard new ambassadors and content creators.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships, deliverables, and posting schedules for ambassadors and content creators.
  • Coordinate timing and channel placement for partner-produced content.
  • Maintain a current view of active partnerships, deliverables, usage rights, contract terms, and content approvals.
  • Implement end-to-end coordination of communications and logistics for marketing-led events.
  • Manage booth & material shipping, vendor coordination, and on-site support for events.
  • Provide post-event wrap-up, including post mortems, metrics & insight reporting.
  • Coordinate resources, playbooks, and materials for sales-led events.
  • Maintain and update the U.S. website with events and market-specific content.
  • Support localization and transcreation requests.
  • Manage and coordinate photo, video and material assets.
  • Maintain budget overview and reconcile invoices against the approved U.S. marketing budget.
  • Manage orders, invoices, and vendor onboarding.
  • Flag overspend risks and provide forecast outlook of committed vs. remaining spend.
