About Southern Air: Southern Air, a leading home service provider in the DFW Region, is excited to announce the expansion of our marketing team. We are on the lookout for a seasoned Marketing Specialist who possesses a solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand presence and driving business growth. Job Overview: As the Marketing Specialist for the DFW Region, you will be based in the DFW market. You will play a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives across up to 10 brands. Your expertise in both traditional and non-traditional marketing methods, including digital channels like paid search, SEO, and Local Service Ads (LSA), will be essential. You will report to and support the Regional Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
- Marketing Execution: Implement marketing tactics across traditional and digital channels to achieve regional objectives and boost brand visibility.
- Campaign Management: Execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine traditional and digital elements to generate leads and drive sales.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Utilize your basic understanding of digital marketing, including paid search, SEO, LSA, and other online channels, to optimize our online presence and reach target audiences.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies for Texas and Louisiana.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all channels, maintaining a positive and impactful brand image.
- Collaboration with Field Personnel: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and store teams to understand local market dynamics and tailor marketing initiatives to meet specific branch needs.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor marketing performance metrics and share insights with the Marketing Manager.
- Budget & Financial Stewardship : Lead full-year marketing budget coordination across multiple brands, balancing planned spend with individual store needs, seasonal demand, and monthly revenue targets. Track pacing and performance throughout the year, proactively reallocating budget to maximize ROI while supporting branch-level growth goals.
- Brand Acquisition & Growth Support : Support the acquisition and onboarding of new brands, ensuring timely access to marketing platforms, budgets, and tools.
