About The Position

At Ferraro Foods, our Marketing team helps bring our brands, products, events, and sales initiatives to life. From Food Shows and Sales Meetings to digital campaigns, supplier programs, marketing communications, and e-commerce, our team works across the organization to turn ideas into well-executed initiatives. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Specialist who enjoys keeping multiple projects moving at once. The right person is a strong communicator and natural coordinator who can manage timelines, work across teams, follow up on details, solve problems, and make sure projects get across the finish line. This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of marketing and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2–5 years of marketing experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt when priorities or timelines change
• Experience developing clear, professional presentations and marketing communications
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to communicate, escalate, and collaborate

Nice To Haves

• Experience planning or coordinating corporate events, trade shows, conferences, sales meetings, supplier events, or similar programs
• Experience working directly with vendors, suppliers, venues, or other external partners
• Experience in foodservice, distribution, CPG, hospitality, or another fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with social media management tools
• Experience using project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects from kickoff through completion, establishing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Category Management, Brand, suppliers, vendors, and other internal and external partners
• Support the planning and execution of company Food Shows, General Sales Meetings (GSMs), Supplier Forums, and other marketing events
• Develop and maintain project plans for Food Shows and assist with venue selection, vendor coordination, booth logistics, materials, and overall event execution
• Coordinate Supplier Forum logistics, including venues, meeting schedules, run-of-show planning, catering/BEOs, décor, vendor setups, and other event details
• Support GSM planning by coordinating agendas, vendor participation, venues, calendars, and execution needs
• Serve as a point of coordination across stakeholders, proactively following up on outstanding information, deliverables, and deadlines to keep projects moving
• Manage incoming marketing requests, gather necessary information, establish realistic timelines, and communicate project status and priorities
• Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, including newsletters, presentations, sales materials, and other branded communications
• Build and maintain marketing calendars across campaigns, events, social media, promotions, and other activities
• Manage the social media content calendar and track engagement and performance metrics
• Manage promotional calendars and banners for the Ferraro Shop and track e-commerce marketing performance
• Track supplier and vendor marketing commitments and ensure agreed-upon deliverables are completed on time
• Track marketing campaign and initiative performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Conduct competitive market research related to products, pricing, trends, promotions, and competitor activity
• Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as needed
