About The Position

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient with technology, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring effective communication among internal teams, customers, and external partners.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
2+ years working experience in Marketing, Administration, or related field.
Experience with social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
Familiarity with chemical or industrial product documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain a log of plant start-up forms in the Marketing Teams Channel.
Prepare and ship program manuals, SDS manuals, wall charts, pocket guides, bucket tags, and labels.
Track shipments and communicate updates to Sales.
Collaborate with team members to develop the social media calendar and post content regularly across platforms.
Assist with ideation and competitor research to develop social media posts that engage customers and promote the brand.
Assist the Graphic Designer with updates to the website news section.
Order shipping supplies, bucket tags, copy paper, chemical labels, program manuals, training binders, printer ink, and other miscellaneous office supplies.
Maintain inventory and ensure availability of essential materials.
