The Marketing Specialist supports the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives across Erlanger's clinical service lines by serving as a key executional partner to the Marketing Strategists. While this is not a strategist role, it is designed as a high-exposure, hands-on operational position for individuals seeking to grow into future strategic leadership roles. Working at the intersection of planning and execution, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for timely progress across campaign deliverables, maintains communication across teams, and owns day-to-day implementation tasks. This individual is expected to bring a strong sense of ownership, organization, and curiosity to every project, functioning as both a tactical project manager and collaborative liaison across the broader marketing team. For the Rural Market, Marketing and Business Development Specialist Role: In addition to fulfilling all responsibilities aligned with the Marketing Specialist role, the position supporting the rural entities also dedicates approximately 50%25 of its time to business development functions aligned with Erlanger's Business Development Department, facilitating alignment across marketing and business development functions. This dual-role structure enables greater coordination between marketing strategy and growth initiatives, particularly in the areas of physician relations, referral development, and service line expansion.
