Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Able to strategically and tactually run lead generation and campaign execution
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • A detail‑oriented, follow‑through mindset

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic marketing direction into consistent execution - supporting lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Manage campaigns, coordinate events, support sales, and ensure accountability across marketing activities.
  • Execute 1–2+ marketing campaigns per month, including multi-touch sequences.
  • Coordinate campaign execution: Track campaign performance and report on Leads generated, engagement metrics, and conversion outcomes.
  • Support outbound lead generation initiatives (SDRs and appointment setting partners).
  • Maintain marketing databases and ensure CRM data quality (Apollo and Hubspot).
  • Content Development & Content Calendar Management.
  • Events & Field Marketing – Client prospects, speaking engagements, and panel discussions.
  • Vendor & MDF (Marketing Development Funds) Management.
  • Sponsorships & Partnerships.
  • Brand Awareness & Community Engagement.
  • Sales & Business Development Support.
