Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing project coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • PC skills including MS Office programs, marketing automation platforms, and strong core competencies in project management and brand administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects, requests, and timelines across multiple business units and locations.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO, social media, and online business listings.
  • Maintain Google Business Profiles, location information, and respond to online reviews.
  • Assist with the development, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate trade show and event logistics, registrations, promotional materials, booth assets, and on-site support.
  • Develop, update, and distribute sales collateral, brochures, presentations, and branded promotional items.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all digital and physical channels.
  • Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Assist with branch integration, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and process documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
