About The Position

OTTO Car Club is a unique membership-based, automotive enthusiast community that blends an exclusive social club with vehicle storage and collection management. Our 47,000 square foot Scottsdale facility incorporates private club space, climate-controlled storage and dedicated staff that caters to the needs of its members and their collectible automobiles. OTTO WERKS, the newest division of OTTO, was born out of the necessity to expand our offerings within the automotive service industry. OTTO WERKS is an industry leader specializing in Porsche and high-end automotive builds, restorations, motorsport preparation, and bespoke automotive projects. The Marketing Specialist supports day-to-day marketing for OTTO Car Club, OTTO WERKS, and OTTO MARKT through content creation, photo and video editing, copywriting, and website and app updates. This role also assists the Marketing Director with productions, organizes digital assets, and manages merchandise, uniforms, inventory, and online sales.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong copywriting, content creation, photo/video editing and visual branding skills.
Passion for automotive culture and brand storytelling.
Photography/Videography Portfolio.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), basic .design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and social media scheduling tools.
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple ongoing deliverables.
Able to drive a manual transmission
Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

Document OTTO WERKS build progress through photos and video.
Develop foundational skills in automotive listing and event photography, including Bring a Trailer shoots.
Operate basic camera equipment and assist with campaigns, product shoots, and flagship projects.
Keep OTTO Car Club’s website and member app current with events, features, and relevant content.
Coordinate digital communications for club events, including invitations, reminders, and post-event recaps.
Organize and maintain digital assets in the appropriate build and project folders.
Batch-edit photos for Bring a Trailer listings, social media, and the OTTO WERKS, OTTO Car Club, and OTTO MARKT websites.
Edit short video clips for Instagram Reels and website content.
Write engaging captions for Instagram and other social media platforms.
Create clear, persuasive copy for websites and digital marketing materials.
Draft email blasts, event descriptions, invitations, and promotional updates.
Assist the Marketing Director with campaigns and major productions.
Safely operate vehicles in controlled production environments.
Follow creative direction, production instructions, and safety procedures.
Manage merchandise inventory and online sales.
Coordinate uniform ordering and distribution.
Source, order, and manage branded apparel, accessories, and promotional items.
