About The Position

This hands-on role is ideal for a self-motivated, organized, and creative marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action. Reporting to the 3Cloud marketing leader, you’ll support the marketing team across content, events, presentations, and marketing operations while gaining exposure to a wide variety of marketing disciplines. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to help others execute. You’ll be a great fit if you like variety, enjoy creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, and are energized by coordinating the details that make events such as tradeshows, webinars, and in-person events run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment.
  • Experience with CRM and CMS platforms such as Salesforce and WordPress.
  • Experience using design and social media tools such as Canva, LinkedIn and Sprout Social.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, along with Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and task-oriented, with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and follow through on details.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in developing visually clear, engaging presentations and marketing materials.
  • Interest in coordinating event logistics and managing the details that help tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, golf outings, and similar programs run smoothly.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and marketing approaches.
  • Ability to use approved AI tools and productivity resources responsibly to improve efficiency, solve problems, and support high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, and requests to keep priorities organized and on track.
  • Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, and other events, including planning details, vendor support, communications, materials shipping, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Help maintain website content and support digital marketing activities across key channels.
  • Create and update marketing materials, including polished PowerPoint presentations, LinkedIn posts, blog content, collateral, and sales enablement assets.
  • Organize marketing files, templates, documentation, and asset inventories so resources are easy to find and use.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, and administration of Microsoft MDF and Coop Funds.
  • Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth communication, coordination, and hands-on execution.
  • Track campaign performance, summarize results, and identify insights that can improve future marketing efforts.
