The Marketing Specialist is an entry‑level role that supports the strategic execution of marketing projects. This role works closely with the Marketing Business Partner and Senior Marketing Specialist to advance key priorities for the primary care, human resources, and experience service lines. The Marketing Specialist participates in cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, integrated, and effectively executed. They play a key role in bringing marketing strategies to life by supporting campaign execution, producing collateral, auditing web and content assets, assisting with website management, and organizing events. The Marketing Specialist also collaborates with the earned media and content teams to craft storytelling that highlights the experiences of the patients we serve. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment. They bring strong communication and organizational skills, along with a willingness to support a wide range of marketing activities while continuing to grow their marketing experience.
