About The Position

TargetPath represents client brands being sold through mass-market & specialty retail, online, and reseller channels (B2B and B2C). Working with the Marketing team and external vendors, you will support demand generation, sell-through, and marketing for our clients to help them accelerate their time to market, enter new channels, and increase their revenue. This role balances strategy and execution (channel partner support, collateral, online, direct and sell-through marketing, tradeshows & events).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • +2yrs as Marketing Specialist or...
  • +5yrs as Marketing Coordinator (channel/retail, brand or MarCom)
  • Experience working with external parties (vendors, resellers, end users)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience with PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign and Final Cut
  • Experience with Social media, email, and marketing automation
  • Experience in Retail/Sales Floor: CE, Fashion or Consumer Goods
  • Ability and willingness to travel (Up to 25%)

Responsibilities

  • Channel Partner Support: New product launch: Develop/maintain selling tools, audit product sheets, communicate launch. Merchandising: Execution of merch plan, maximize brand exposure, develop in-store POP displays (source/schedule). Create campaigns with a measurable call to action. Create materials: Sales resources (custom presentations, sales collateral, launch and product assets) or materials used on display in retail stores. Create internal trackers per channel or partner. Collateral: Manage collateral and SWAG.
  • Events & Shows: Pre-event support: preparing event orders, literature, SWAG & kits, and logistics.
  • Web & Online: Email campaigns, product launches, keyword-based search advertising and social media. Asset toolkit build-outs (web pages) and product listing optimization (detail pages). Social Media: Strategy recommendations, social calendars, social posts, and managing responses.
