The Marketing Specialist – Web Optimization and Data Analysis supports website performance, operations, conversion tracking, analytics, and digital performance across a national portfolio of marina, boating, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. This role works closely with the Director of Digital to maintain and optimize a large portfolio of websites, landing pages, marketing technologies, and reporting systems that support lead generation, bookings, and customer engagement across the portfolio. Success in this role requires technical capabilities and is an individual who has both analytical and detail-oriented skillsets as well as comfortability operating across websites, analytical platforms, conversion tracking systems, and digital tools in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on digital operations role that blends website analysis, technical marketing, and performance optimization.
