Our global team is responsible for bringing digital capabilities to Caterpillar’s world-famous yellow iron. Working with your yellow partners and Cat Dealers, we execute key components of digital and marketing portfolios, including global marketing & brand, enterprise data, analytics and AI, equipment management, eCommerce, digital marketing, rental & used digital solutions, and aftermarket leads & insights.

Requirements

Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers).
Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing/Digital Analytics, Business Analytics or related degree (selected candidates must complete their degree by their start date)
0-2 years of relevant experience related to this field (internships or academic projects are a plus)
Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/ 4.0 (no rounding)
Experience using SQL to analyze data in BigQuery or Snowflake, turning complex datasets into actionable marketing insights and supporting campaign reporting using Google Analytics data

Responsibilities

Play a key role in helping business partners turn web data into meaningful insights.
Support the adoption of Google Analytics by creating documentation, playbooks, and communication resources.
Enable teams to connect digital behavior data with broader Caterpillar datasets for deeper analysis and decision-making.
