About The Position

We are OCV LLC, a leader in mobile app development for law enforcement, public safety, emergency management, and public health agencies for over 15 years. Our custom apps for iPhone and Android devices help public safety organizations connect with citizens via their smartphones. We are seeking motivated professionals to join our dynamic team and are currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist Part-Time Intern to work on-site at our headquarters in Opelika, Alabama. Our Marketing Specialist Interns are key to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including web, email, social media, search, and online advertising.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Authorization to work in U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with solid time management abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the distribution of marketing materials and coordination of marketing events.
• Support digital and promotional marketing activities, including social media, direct mail, and web initiatives.
• Manage and maintain customer data in the company database.
• Prepare marketing presentations and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends, insights, and audience feedback.
• Conduct research on competitor marketing strategies and digital content.
• Report to the Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Representative.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
