About The Position

FirstCash is seeking a Marketing Specialist with a focus on Digital Marketing & Social Media to join their team at the Corporate Headquarters in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday, during typical business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). This role is not a traditional social media posting position; instead, it requires a marketing professional who can leverage analytics, audience insights, content strategy, paid advertising, and digital engagement to drive business results for a large, multi-location retail organization. The ideal candidate understands how to translate data into action, identify opportunities, solve problems, optimize performance, and measure results. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, supporting digital marketing initiatives, analyzing performance data, overseeing paid media activities, troubleshooting platform issues, collaborating across departments, and influencing marketing decisions with insights and recommendations. The position is based at FirstCash's Corporate Headquarters and is part of a collaborative Marketing team environment. The role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, analytics, optimization, paid advertising, stakeholder collaboration, platform administration, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional marketing experience gained within established organizations, agencies, multi-location businesses, retail operations, or consumer-facing brands.
  • Experience managing social media and digital marketing programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and similar digital marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytics, audience insights, and performance data into actionable recommendations and measurable business results.
  • Experience using analytics and performance metrics to influence marketing decisions and improve business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, audience targeting, budgets, and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with Meta and Google support teams to troubleshoot and resolve account, advertising, access, analytics, tracking, or performance-related issues.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and content optimization skills.
  • Experience reviewing and providing direction on content created by others.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, locations, departments, brands, or client groups.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative platforms.
  • Must maintain an active personal Meta/Facebook account and be willing to utilize that account for authorized administration and management of FirstCash Meta Business assets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Manage FirstCash's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Publish, monitor, and engage daily to drive community growth and audience loyalty.
  • Maintain content calendars tied to campaigns, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and community events.
  • Monitor social channels for customer feedback, engagement opportunities, emerging trends, and reputation management needs.
  • Use analytics, customer behavior trends, audience insights, and marketing performance data to identify opportunities and improve business results.
  • Translate campaign performance and audience behavior into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities, make recommendations, implement solutions, and measure results.
  • Demonstrate ownership of projects from concept through execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Independently prioritize initiatives that support broader marketing and business objectives.

  • Monitor advertising budgets, campaign spend, and marketing-related expenses.
  • Assist with tracking advertising charges, agency-related expenses, and vendor expenditures as assigned.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including engagement, reach, audience growth, CTRs, conversions, website traffic, and advertising performance.
  • Use performance data to refine content strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Benchmark performance against competitors and industry trends.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and insights to marketing leadership.
  • Connect marketing activities to measurable outcomes including engagement, traffic, lead generation, audience growth, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor the health and performance of social media accounts, advertising platforms, and digital business assets.
  • Identify and investigate unexpected declines in engagement, reach, audience growth, website traffic, advertising performance, or platform functionality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical platform issues involving Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and related platforms.
  • Work directly with Meta, Google, and other platform support teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve account, advertising, access, analytics, tracking, and performance-related issues.
  • Maintain ownership of support cases through resolution.
  • Provide proactive recommendations based on platform diagnostics, support findings, and performance trends.
  • Apply SEO best practices to social content, captions, hashtags, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to maintain consistent keyword strategies and improve discoverability.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social insights, and search trend data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate marketing and social media initiatives across multiple stakeholders, departments, locations, and external partners.
  • Work directly with field operations teams to support local marketing efforts and gather content from stores and communities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, HR, Customer Service, Training, and other departments to support organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and execution across channels and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across digital channels.
  • Respond appropriately to customer interactions, messages, and online feedback.
  • Proactively identify brand opportunities, industry trends, and emerging platform developments.
  • Serve as a steward of the FirstCash brand across all digital customer touchpoints.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
