About The Position
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern / Part-Time team member to support our marketing efforts through content creation and social media management. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing fresh ideas and engaging content.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with photography and/or video editing
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Basic analytics knowledge (engagement tracking, insights, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Create and design engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies
- Capture photos and videos to support content creation
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers (comments, messages, etc.)
- Track performance metrics and provide insights on engagement and growth
- Stay up to date on social media trends and suggest new ideas
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company culture, projects, and events
