About The Position
TESIM Electric is seeking an Entry Level Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help tell TESIM’s story and keep recruiting, project, and company communications active and organized. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or a portfolio is welcome.
- 0–2 years of social media, school, volunteer, retail, or marketing experience.
- Clear writing and comfort with LinkedIn, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good judgment, consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Draft and schedule approved social posts, hiring updates, and company announcements.
- Organize project photos, content calendars, contact lists, and basic performance reports.
- Support simple graphics, event materials, website updates, and recruiting campaigns.
- Coordinate approvals and ensure content is accurate, professional, and on brand.
