About The Position

A large organization is seeking a Marketing Services Manager to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of a portfolio of technical and expert services. This role blends B2B marketing, service portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership in a highly collaborative, purpose-driven environment. This individual will play a key role in shaping how complex, science-based services are brought to market and positioned to drive sustainable growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, service marketing, or product marketing
  • Background supporting service-based or technical offerings
  • Proven project management experience in cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

  • MBA or advanced business education
  • Marketing experience in the Food&Beverage Industry
  • Experience launching or scaling expert, technical, or scientific services

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of expert and technical services
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform new service creation and enhancement
  • Lead new service launches, including planning, positioning, and internal/external promotion
  • Design and manage B2B marketing campaigns (digital, content, webinars, trade marketing, events)
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and track performance metrics
  • Act as a project manager for regional and global initiatives
  • Coordinate branding, messaging, and marketing collateral across channels
  • Partner closely with Sales and technical teams to increase service visibility and adoption
  • Engage directly with clients through sales calls, industry events, and trade shows
