About The Position

The Marketing Services Manager plays a key role in supporting the resort’s brand presence, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business goals and marketing execution across all departments. The Marketing Services Manager is responsible for leading the development, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives that support resort-wide business objectives. This role partners closely with operational leaders to translate business needs into strategic marketing plans and ensures all initiatives are executed with consistency, quality, and measurable impact. This position oversees marketing workflow, manages creative projects, and leads a team while maintaining accountability for results. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership in a fast-paced, multi-outlet resort environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing a team.
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into marketing strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable marketing results tied to business performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats.
  • Experience managing creative projects with agencies or external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of brand standards, design, and messaging consistency.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, CMS systems, and project management tools.

  • Experience in hospitality, resort, or lifestyle brands preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to understand business objectives and identify marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with resort goals and KPIs.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable campaigns across email, web, print, and promotional channels.
  • Lead, manage, and coach marketing team members, providing direction, feedback, and development.
  • Own and manage the marketing project pipeline, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Write and edit content for email campaigns, website updates, print materials, and promotional assets.
  • Manage creative projects with external agencies, including briefing, feedback, and final approvals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and connect results to business outcomes and KPIs.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership on marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain website content and digital assets, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Support PR and media efforts including press materials, media coordination, and event coverage.
  • Anticipate marketing needs based on the resort calendar and proactively prepare materials.
  • Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium brand and marketing standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
