About The Position

The Growth Marketing Manager will develop and optimize acquisition and engagement strategies for Apple Services across owned channels like email, in-app messages, and push notifications. They will optimize programs through A/B testing and develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to connect with customers.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience leading customer lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a consumer payments or subscription business with demonstrated success achieving growth goals of user acquisition and engagement.
  • Experience testing and optimizing marketing channels including push notification, email and in-app messaging tactics.
  • Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail, leading to flawless execution.
  • A deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing.
  • Expertise in using segmentation and personalization to deliver marketing that is timely, helpful, and relevant to customers.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and get consensus while balancing many projects and priorities.
  • Analytical problem solving with a track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Experience working collaboratively with creative and design teams to develop clear briefs and providing feedback on creative while meeting project milestones.

  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors.

  • Expertise in how modern MarTech stacks are used to deploy campaigns and customer journeys.
