Under minimal supervision, this Search Performance Specialist supports the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of search marketing initiatives, including both paid search (SEM) and organic search (SEO). This role reports to the Manager of Customer Insights and works closely with the E-commerce Manager to improve search visibility, capture customer demand, and strengthen the organization’s search and discovery capabilities. The position combines hands-on campaign management in partnership with our Paid vendor, SEO implementation, and performance analysis while monitoring website health and identifying technical issues that impact search performance. The role partners with technical teams to implement improvements that enhance search visibility, site performance, and readiness for evolving AI-driven search results and discovery experiences.
