In this amazing hybrid NYC opportunity, you will be able to bring your passion and analytical spirit to our rapidly-growing company. Join us for a summer of working and learning Smartly! As a Marketing Science Intern, you will learn the social/google advertising and competitive landscape, utilize SQL for custom queries involving multiple data sets, work with BI Tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc., troubleshoot and validate data points across multiple platforms (Internal Reporting vs Native Platform Reporting), analyze data to create custom reports involving performance trending, testing, etc., conduct external research on performance/brand advertising, execute basic python notebook scripts to extract data insights, collaborate within an internal team that is based all over the world: Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Helsinki, Manila, work with a number of stakeholders within multiple departments, including marketing, sales, sales engineering, and customer success, work on a final project to be presented to the team at the end of the internship, and meet and collaborate with fellow interns in our NYC office.

Requirements

  • A full-time rising Junior, Senior, or graduating at an accredited 4-year College or University
  • Degree is related to STEM/Business
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn more about media and creative performance
  • An ambitious self-starter who is not afraid to try new things
  • Desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Learn the social/google advertising and competitive landscape

Benefits

  • Paid at $20 per hour
