Requirements

Current Master of Business or Bachelor/Master of Science student in a quantitative field of study (statistics, economics, finance, engineering, etc.) with exceptional academic record.
Power user of AI (ChatGPT, Vibe coding, etc.), Python, SQL, and Excel (pivots, advanced formulas, macros).
Self-starter with exceptional work ethic, motivation, and desire to learn.
Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to or experience with AWS or other cloud-based data platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide support to and gain hands-on experience in data science and model monitoring.
Assist with the development of processes to monitor active models, evaluate model effectiveness, and support data-driven insights for the Marketing department.
Gain exposure to analytics, reporting, and consumer finance data while contributing to initiatives that help improve business decision-making and marketing strategy.
Using SQL, Python, and other tools, conduct analytical analyses and develop recommendations aimed at improving business outcomes and profitability.
Develop reporting packages used to update senior management and external stakeholders on portfolio performance.
Represent the Data Science department in cross-functional projects and partner across the organization to execute on key business priorities.
May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.
