About The Position
ComForCare Home Care is seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern with previous caregiving experience who is interested in learning the business side of home care. This paid internship is ideal for current or former caregivers looking for office experience, career growth, or a position between assignments. The intern will work with the leadership team to build referral relationships, educate the community, and help families find quality home care services.
Requirements
- Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
- CNA, PCA, HHA, DSP, or experienced caregiver preferred.
- Passion for helping seniors and their families.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and social media).
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, senior communities, and community organizations to introduce ComForCare’s services.
- Build relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals.
- Represent ComForCare at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources.
- Assist with social media marketing and community engagement.
- Help distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Track marketing activities and referral leads.
- Learn the sales process for home care services.
- Support office operations as needed.
