About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator to support both our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and our marketing team across all of Soliant's practice areas. This is a support and research role, not a selling role, but it sits close enough to the sales process that your work will directly determine the quality of opportunities our BDMs walk into. Your responsibilities fall into two categories that work together: event strategy and logistics, and pre-event sales intelligence. On the events side, you will research and evaluate conferences and industry events, help plan and coordinate any sponsored presence we have, and attend events as needed to represent Soliant at the booth. On the sales intelligence side, you will research attendee lists, build prospect profiles, and hand the BDM a clear, organized brief before every event so they walk in knowing exactly who they want to talk to and why. This role requires someone who can manage competing priorities across multiple practices and teams, work independently, and take genuine pride in the quality of their research and preparation. The BDM's effectiveness at events depends heavily on the quality of what you produce before they get on a plane. About Soliant Soliant Consulting is a custom software development and technology consulting firm with over 21 years of experience helping businesses grow through strategic technology solutions. We help mid-market and enterprise clients build, modernize, and scale their technology through core practice areas, including Cloud Native Application Development, AWS cloud services, and AI solutions. Our team holds hundreds of certifications across our platforms, and our clients include organizations ranging from growth-stage mid-market companies to globally recognized brands. We are an employee-owned company through our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Every team member has a personal stake in our collective success, and that ownership mentality shows up in how we work with clients and with each other. What You’ll Be Selling: You will represent two practice areas at Soliant: Cloud Native Application Development: Soliant designs and builds custom web applications, strategic portals, and system integrations that replace outdated technology and connect seamlessly into a client's existing technology ecosystem. We now leverage AI-assisted development to build better software faster without sacrificing quality, security, or scalability. AWS Cloud Services: As an AWS Consulting Partner, Soliant helps businesses move to, grow on, and optimize AWS infrastructure through cloud strategy, architecture, digital transformation, and Well-Architected Framework Reviews. Our biggest offering is helping organizations prepare for AI and automate repetitive workflows by embedding AI tools directly into existing systems. This includes AI implementation preparation, custom AI application development, and intelligent workflow automation. Both practices involve longer, trust-based sales cycles. You will need to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for buyers who range from deeply technical CTOs to operationally focused CIOs. There is no product to demo. Your ability to articulate value clearly and credibly is the differentiator.
