Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license, courteous driving
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time management abilities
• Ability and willingness to set-up/break down various equipment; may require physical demands and heavy lifting at times
• Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
• Friendly, positive, energetic, responsible, outgoing
• Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks to assistant the Marketing department
• Assist with internal and external Marketing and Community Impact events: Set-up and breakdown equipment, on-site representation, and other necessary tasks.
• Represent the credit union as the Neches NCredible mascot at various community events and outreach activities, engaging with members and creating a fun, memorable experience
• Provide support for promotional projects; requires traveling to Branch locations.
• Help prep and load vehicles with equipment which may include heavy lifting at times. Ensure equipment is loaded correctly and take necessary precautions.
• Oversee the maintenance of Neches vehicles, including weekly cleaning, refueling, routine maintenance, and monthly detailing.
• Deliveries made with Neches FCU vehicle when available. Plan and execute the most efficient routes between branches. If Neches vehicles is unavailable, mileage is paid for using personal vehicle.
• Assist with other marketing duties as assigned.
