About The Position

Axiom is seeking an experienced Marketing Review Specialist to support a financial services client. The role reviews marketing materials and client correspondence for compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, conducts regulatory research, and provides practical, compliance-oriented guidance to internal business stakeholders. The position is hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, with three days per week in the office, and is part-time.

Requirements

Active FINRA Series 24 license.
Experience reviewing marketing materials and client correspondence within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing financial services marketing and communications.
Ability to conduct regulatory research and translate requirements into practical business guidance.

Nice To Haves

Experience working within investment management or broker-dealer environments.
Strong familiarity with financial services marketing review processes and regulatory expectations.
Experience partnering with internal business stakeholders to address marketing compliance matters.
