About The Position

We are a growing marketing firm that develops customer acquisition and promotional campaigns for a variety of clients. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team and support our clients' marketing and customer engagement efforts. This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in gaining experience in marketing, customer service, promotions, and sales.

Nice To Haves

Previous marketing, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Full training is provided.
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing positions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work at designated retail locations and promotional events to represent our clients and communicate information about their products and services.
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.
Answer customer questions and address basic concerns.
Support customer acquisition and promotional activities.
Represent clients and their brands professionally.
Follow established marketing and customer service procedures.
Work toward individual and team performance goals.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Communicate customer feedback and questions to management.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily responsibilities.
