About The Position

The Personal Injury Marketing Representative is responsible for building strategic referral relationships with personal injury attorneys and other injury-related professionals. This role includes networking, in-person visits, lunches, event attendance, and consistent follow-up to drive new PI patient referrals to the practice. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, highly social, self-driven, and enjoys building long-term professional relationships.

Requirements

Prior experience in personal injury, legal, medical, or outside sales preferred.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Highly organized with follow-up and CRM discipline.
Positive attitude, professional presence, and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and achieve measurable goals.

Responsibilities

Develop, grow, and maintain referral relationships with: Personal injury attorneys. Case managers. Medical offices and rehab facilities. Community organizations.
Conduct in-person office visits to legal & medical partners (daily route).
Set up and attend networking meetings, lunches, and presentations.
Track referrals, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM software.
Deliver marketing material and updates to referral partners.
Attend legal, medical, and community events to build brand presence.
Coordinate new PI patient onboarding and ensure referral partners receive updates/follow-through.
Maintain excellent professional communication and follow-up discipline.
