About The Position

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Representative for our Stow, OH location. This role involves approximately 29 hours per week, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The primary duties include using contact databases to identify key contacts at target companies, gathering detailed qualification information, and generating leads for the outside sales team. This involves calling businesses from various directories, inquiring about potential roofing and flooring needs, processing literature requests, making follow-up calls, documenting leads with pertinent information for sales representatives, and introducing Centimark's local representatives.

Requirements

Ability to articulate professionally using well-structured sentences
Clear, pleasant voice with good telephone manners and upbeat attitude
Excellent listening skills to effectively interface with all levels of personnel
Computer literate

Nice To Haves

Prior customer service and/or telemarketing experience
Basic selling and problem solving techniques

Responsibilities

Placing calls using contact databases to identify key contacts at target companies
Seeking detailed qualification information to generate leads for outside sales
Calling businesses from phone directories, computer listings, manufacturing directories, etc.
Inquiring of any potential roofing needs - repair and/or reroofing or flooring needs
Filling out a literature request, attaching Reference List as needed
Making follow up calls after literature has been received
Writing up leads with pertinent information in order to provide sales representatives with as much information as possible
Making an introduction of Centimark's local representative in the area
