About The Position

Join our team as a Part Time Marketing Assistant. We’re a fast moving small team looking for a proactive person to assist our marketing department (15–25 hrs/week). Work location is Brandon. Duties include helping with events, working in the in house print shop, completing service surveys with customers, and preparation and distribution of giveaway baskets. We are a family owned and operated business with 54 years of distributing snacks and drinks to Mississippi companies. The role involves assisting the Marketing Director and Coordinators with projects and regular tasks, preparing marketing gift bags and giveaways, placing sticker labels on barrels, assisting in the print shop when needed, attending product samplings at off-site locations, and assisting with inventory and organization of marketing materials. A personal vehicle or company vehicle may be used on occasion for off-site events.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license and approved driving record
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis
