Serve as advisor to customers and potential customers regarding the resolution of issues that affect the sale, installation, and utilization of the organization's products and/or services. Propose changes in products and/or services that may result in cost reductions and savings, as well as increased customer participation. This position will oversee the transition of Community Education content that was previously under programmatic/department branding into the new City brand. They will ensure that campaigns are captivating and cohesive, and that documents are brought into ADA compliance. They will also work with vendors to ensure a high quality of product, and research strategies other departments are using to add creative elements while honoring the branding guidelines.
