Supervise and own the activities of the Marketing Team, in support of the Manager of Marketing while acquiring maximum production and efficiencies. Must have positive demeanor and outlook while leading employees.

Responsibilities

  • Work scheduled shifts and maintain or exceed individual performance goals.
  • Responsible for face-to-face guest contact and lead generation by actively building great relationships with Hilton Honors Rewards members, Hilton Grand Vacation’s resort guests, and Club members in the lobbies of Hilton Grand Vacations resorts & hotels.
  • Speak to and schedule guests and owners to come into our sales gallery for a 60 or 90-minute, one-on-one presentation of our Hilton Grand Club vacation ownership offerings.
  • Take ownership of the front-end of the sales cycle by approaching guests, qualifying leads, using our marketing gifts and incentives to assist you in setting appointments, and finally, booking guest appointments.
  • Sell our promotional vacation packages to the hotel guests.
  • Work with In House team to create and coordinate on-going training.
  • Work with the In-House Marketing Team to ensure a production-based shift allocation.
  • Implement and maintain tools used to enhance productivity for marketing coordinators.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are maintained and upheld by all of the team.
  • Assist in resolving customer relations issues pertaining to marketing at the sales center or post tour.
  • Help Team meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for: tour flow, volume, penetration, VPG, and POS Sales.
  • Create and foster a motivated team environment out in the field.
  • Visit all locations and perform MOD on the floor responsibilities as scheduled.
  • Provide feedback to management for coaching to marketing coordinators.
  • Review monthly reports for tour and sales tracking.
  • Floor duty to manage customer services issues.
  • Employee Relations matters.
  • Other assigned duties based on business needs.
  • Carry out all other reasonable requests by management.
  • Ensure all locations have current promotions and materials including gift lists, invitations, and promotional items.
  • Effectively help to manage schedule and PTO requests to achieve production requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance of a comprehensive training manual and policy and procedures manual.
  • Ability to cover shifts for absent team members including interacting with guests and booking tours.
