Requirements
- Demonstrate a firm understanding of the proposal/procurement process within AEC industry, specifically within the Power and Energy sectors.
- Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision
- Demonstrate experience with Adobe InDesign.
- Qualified candidates will have experience working within the power and energy industries.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with additional programs, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is preferred
- Understand the SF 330 / Architect-Engineer Qualifications process (experience preferred)
Responsibilities
- Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists that list client submission requirements and identify proposal team action items
- Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign team responsibilities, and establish deadlines
- Prepare presentations and coach technical teams in preparation for client interviews
- Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database
- Enter and update personnel and project information in the CRM database to maintain accurate records
- Work with technical project managers and marketing content/support team to develop comprehensive materials highlighting KCI’s staff and capabilities
- Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials
- Work with the marketing content team to develop high-impact graphics for proposals and presentations
- Provide quality control (QC) review of marketing peer proposals
- Print, assemble, and ship proposals and/or prepare electronic submission files as needed
- Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information
- Planning and coordination for KCI participation in conferences, trade shows, and other client-facing events
