Requirements

  • Demonstrate a firm understanding of the proposal/procurement process within AEC industry, specifically within the Power and Energy sectors.
  • Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision
  • Demonstrate experience with Adobe InDesign.
  • Qualified candidates will have experience working within the power and energy industries.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with additional programs, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is preferred
  • Understand the SF 330 / Architect-Engineer Qualifications process (experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists that list client submission requirements and identify proposal team action items
  • Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign team responsibilities, and establish deadlines
  • Prepare presentations and coach technical teams in preparation for client interviews
  • Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database
  • Enter and update personnel and project information in the CRM database to maintain accurate records
  • Work with technical project managers and marketing content/support team to develop comprehensive materials highlighting KCI’s staff and capabilities
  • Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials
  • Work with the marketing content team to develop high-impact graphics for proposals and presentations
  • Provide quality control (QC) review of marketing peer proposals
  • Print, assemble, and ship proposals and/or prepare electronic submission files as needed
  • Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information
  • Planning and coordination for KCI participation in conferences, trade shows, and other client-facing events
