About The Position

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join their team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA). This is an onsite position. The role involves preparing and writing various communication materials such as proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, and award submittals. The coordinator will also facilitate and coordinate kick-off meetings and proposal production activities, liaise with consultant firms for teaming and marketing materials, and communicate with professionals, project managers, and technical staff. Additionally, the position requires conducting marketing database queries, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating special projects like conferences and client events, and interviewing subject matter experts to write/edit technical content for specific audiences.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional consulting service experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or other relevant major
  • Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Adobe InDesign
  • Willingness to travel if needed

  • A/E/C industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities
