About The Position
Our growing event marketing and promotions team is looking for energetic, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join us as Entry-Level Marketing & Event Promotions Associates. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience in event marketing, brand promotions, customer engagement, community outreach, campaign execution, and professional development. No previous marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career advancement into leadership and management roles.

Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns, live events, promotional activations, and community outreach programs
- Engage directly with customers, attendees, and community members
- Answer questions and provide professional, friendly customer service
- Represent brands and nonprofit partners in a positive and professional manner
- Assist with event setup, execution, coordination, and breakdown
- Support promotional displays, materials, and event logistics
- Learn essential marketing skills including customer engagement, brand representation, campaign messaging, and event promotions
- Collaborate with team members to meet event and campaign goals
- Help create positive and memorable attendee experiences
- Gather customer and event feedback to help improve campaign performance
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude at all events
